Made for Orla, an online radio show focused on audiovisual experimentations, this set is composed entirely of original tracks composed by dedeco (André Pádua) that were made mostly by manipulating video game samples.

The visuals were made by tttttuto (Artur Souza) with samples of game play processed in vhs. The visual patterns and textures were generated analogically by video editing devices (such as mixers and color enhancers) recycled and modified by circuit bending, that were manipulated live to generate the final result.

dedeco is a DJ and electronic music producer based in Brazil, whose work orbits around the extraction and manipulation of video game samples.

He recently released the Hurricane Season EP via the label French Press Lounge, has been featured on the first Ocean Drive Radio label compilation, and his first release on vinyl is set to happen via Curral Records’ first Various Artists compilation.

dedeco is currently working on Video Game Music DJ Set series on youtube, with the desire to show the world just how important VGM is to the history of electronic music.

tttttuto (Artur Souza) is an architect and multimedia artist. He works with audiovisual and art direction, focused on experimentalism behind the processes.
