An audiovisual composition exploring interaction between human memory, environmental recording, and machine improvisation. Four sound corpuses — San Jacinto Mountain field recordings, MIDI compositions, CC0 dark ambient textures, and a voice recording of the poem — are placed into Somax improvising with a Suno AI influencer piece. Handheld footage from San Diego, Bonita Falls, and San Bernardino Forest is interwoven with TouchDesigner visual noise. Evolved from the artist’s original poem.
